about

I had a mixed up birthday month. The Sandy Hook shooting was still fresh on my mind, I had witnessed the face of God only a few weeks ago, and someone I loved called it quits with me. I felt like the pirate from Ween's "She Wanted to Leave", so I went for it with a ton of violent, guilt-ridden imagery merged with imagery of the ocean, and being on a desolate ship, just floating on the ocean, watching the water from a small circle window in the Captain's Quarters. Only in dreams am I complete.
